Google is planning to expand it’s Street View technology to hiking and mountain bike trails, and they want your help. You could be the first person to record a mountain bike ride down a massive descent and have it shown on google maps.

After three decades of painting and building a wildly colored mountain to spread his message of “Love Jesus and keep it simple,” Leonard Knight has passed away due to complications of diabetes at the age of 82. Knight was a staple of the Slab City scene and will be missed.
Joby Ogwyn, the worlds youngest and fastest person to summit Mt. Everest is set to jump from the summit peak in May of 2014. He will be attempting a 10,000 ft wingsuit descent and will hold another world record if successful. You can watch his jump live on the Discovery Channel.
